- ACT Test Declaration Form
- Individual Student Registration Google Form
- A copy of your NAfME Card or a printed screenshot from the NAfME website verifying your active membership
- Step 3 — Review audition requirements with your students

Student volunteers (1 per school) should be at HMS for a student volunteer meeting at 7:40 AM. Pizza will be provided. Please choose a student who can be confident and follow instructions. Please share these instructions with them. [Link coming soon]
- Step 4 — Attendance Required
All directors with participating students must attend the auditions until dismissed from the audition event.
An email was sent to directors on Monday, December 1, 2025 with information regarding auditions.
