Registration
Director registration is completed via Jotform. Please have student and parent email addresses on hand when registering. Commitment form signatures will be collected electronically — no paper forms to scan or email. Student and parent links will be sent automatically upon completion of the director registration.
After you register your students in Jotform, an invoice will automatically be sent. Payment can be made by mailing a check or paying online.
Meals
Lunch will be provided on Friday for all students. A Friday Director's Lunch is also available for purchase — see the Director Registration Jotform for details. Please remind students to bring snacks or money on Thursday and Saturday for break times.
Director Attendance & Duties
Directors must adhere to the duty schedule. Director (or approved designee) attendance is required for the entirety of the event.
Alternates
If a student withdraws from the event, please email both Steve Turner and Will Hederer so they can coordinate any necessary changes.

If you are interested in running for Southeast Region Representative, please email the VBODA president at Jlabrie@vboda.org with a brief statement of interest and a short biography.
